📤 Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within:
1–4 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.


📦 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international shipments are sent under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) terms.
This means:

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country.

  • These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

United Kingdom Orders (IMPORTANT)

All UK orders require a valid EORI number.
If you do not provide your EORI number, your order may be placed on hold.


📍 Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Arrives damaged

Please contact us within 5–7 business days of the expected delivery date.

For damaged items, include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
